Excellent service

This is our second time staying at the Ibis. The service was so good the first time, we returned. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is nice. Most of all, the staff are helpful, friendly, and very professional.

Este foi o pior Ibis que já fiquei. Banheiro mal limpo, toalhas velhas e com aparência de falta de conservação. Cama ok. Havia enviado uma mensagem antes do check-in pelo aplicativo do Hoteis.com. E ninguém respondeu, e ao chegar para fazer o check-in o funcionário falou que ninguém olhas essas mensagens. Provavelmente não ficaria nesse hotel novamente.

Check-in muito lento: fiquei cerca de 50 minutos na fila, com apenas uma pessoa realizando os atendimentos em um horário de grande movimento. Além disso, cada check-in levava quase 10 minutos. O banheiro também não estava 100% limpo. O vaso sanitário tinha pelos e havia um fio de cabelo enorme na pia.

A acomodações, a limpeza e a gentileza dos funcionários estão de parabéns. Porém a demora na hora de fazer o checking tem sido muito lenta, sendo que a reserva já estava feita e paga via hoteis.com, inclusive com solictação de andar, vista, travesseiro extra... Quando chegamos no hotel normalmente já estamos cansados e temos que refazer tudo o que já havia sido feito pelo site, o que em teoria deveria acelerar o processo na chegada.

A limpeza do quarto não estava adequada. As roupas de cama apresentavam muitos cabelos, como se na tivesse sido trocada após o último hóspede. Havia também cabelos na pia do banheiro.
