Good: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevators were fast. The grocery store across the street was convenient. Less good: The cables in the gym machines broke part way through our stay unfortunately. There was quite a bit of mold in our shower.

Everything is great except the bad smell that comes from the street behind the hotel. Smells like garbage in the early morning, so if your room has a window towards that direction I don't recommend opening the window, just keep the a/c on.

Good choice for business. All the staff are nice and the hotel is clean, bed mattress are not that soft, but in the overall the hotel is good. I’ve been there several times and I will keep attending while in Bauru

Hospedei-me no Astron Bauru entre 29/09 e 01/10 e gostaria de registrar alguns pontos para melhoria.Após a reserva, enviei um e-mail com dúvida sobre o café da manhã e só recebi resposta 24h depois. Um retorno mais rápido seria essencial para oferecer segurança ao hóspede.Na chegada ao hotel, estacionei em frente à entrada e pedi ajuda para retirar minhas malas, pois eram pesadas. Havia dois recepcionistas presentes, mas fui informada de que o hotel não oferece esse serviço e que deveria usar o carrinho disponível. Ambos permaneceram sem me auxiliar, embora não houvesse outros hóspedes no momento. Essa postura demonstrou falta de empatia. No estacionamento conveniado, por outro lado, os funcionários prontamente me ajudaram, o que mostrou a atenção que senti falta na recepção. Também percebi ausência de cordialidade: não houve cumprimentos, sorrisos ou acolhimento, o que tornou o ambiente pouco amigável. Minha expectativa era de um atendimento mais atencioso, considerando a localização privilegiada e o padrão do hotel. Deixo este feedback de forma construtiva, acreditando que, com pequenas mudanças, o Astron Bauru pode oferecer uma experiência mais positiva e condizente com o que se espera de sua categoria. Att.
