We had a wonderful stay at Solis Residence Aparthotel. We were three people staying in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. Since the hotel opened in July 2025, everything was new and worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the helpful staff. We were allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay much more convenient. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the sea view from our apartment. A practical note for future guests: kitchen supplies such as kitchen towels, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges, etc. are not provided, so you may want to buy them upon arrival. There are several supermarkets nearby, so this is not a problem. We used Bolt to get around Batumi – taxis were safe, readily available and cheap, usually costing only €2–5 per ride. We would not recommend driving in Batumi, it is a challenge. Overall, an excellent stay – we would happily return.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The best part of my stay was the beautiful sea view from the 24th floor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were extremely disappointing. When I checked in, there was food from previous guests left in the refrigerator, and it took THREE DAYS and several reminders to have it removed. The bathroom and mirror were dirty, and even getting toilet paper required multiple requests. Housekeeping is provided every three days, but even after cleaning, the floors were not properly washed or vacuumed and hair was still left in the bathroom. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. Basic requests felt like an inconvenience to them rather than part of the service we paid for. Beautiful view, but very poor cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Unfortunately, my overall experience in Georgia, especially Batumi, was very disappointing\. Customer service was almost nonexistent — very little friendliness, few smiles, and often not even a simple “please” or “thank you\.” In restaurants, service was extremely slow, and we often felt like customers were an inconvenience\. We also noticed that attitudes sometimes changed after people heard us speaking Russian\. In places without clearly displayed prices, we even felt prices were higher once Russian was spoken\. I can only describe my personal experience, but I did not feel welcome\. Sadly, I would not return to Georgia or recommend it to my friends and family.
