The property is nice overall, suitable for families with kids and sportsmen (variety of games, interior design, professional gym, outdoor swimming pool, etc). Rooms are nice and functional (we stayed in a suite and it was above expectations), nice view, the location is not so good (far from the center) and dining options are very limited. The worst was the service (mainly front desk): they are all young and not properly trained to sort out anything, definitely require some improvement.
