I love the place. It is beautifully designed, airy and spacious. It gives the feeling of freedom and calmness. The staff at all levels are genuinely polite, friendly and help. I think this is the strength that make my stay at the resort is most memorable. My wife and children agree with. It is a charm by human touch that will sit deep in my memory forever. I love the place.

Staff were very friendly. From the lobby you can experience the happiness that you will get and explore in this hotel. Thank you to all front office staff, especially Ms Divanka. You are so special and all my children love you Ms Divanka. Mr Robi (housekeeping), as well as F&B and swimming pool staff also great and friendly. Really love the aroma of our room. It's like a day at the spa! Foods are naturally delicious. Thank you for making our stay experience a great one. Will definitely come

5 star hotel

kids running around and screaming like in the jungle and parents pretend to be deaf, no manner. shower door with no seal so water flowing everywhere (it is very slippery). Toilet paper was so thin and only one roll even that only view yard???? and just one roll available??? I think the GM should try to use the toilet himself so he knows what is going on. No extra electrical outlet, how do you charge the computer and working at the same time at night without lamp? One outlet has been used for table desk. I think room has been design by 3rd grader rather than by professional. Please do not count as 5 star hotel but may be fit for 3 star hotel. Extra charge for fresh brew coffee at 5 star hotel. Your satisfaction rate was 4.6?? May be it was rated by someone that stay most of the time at 3 star hotel and even that only once a year stay in the hotel. I stay more than 200 days in the hotel so I know what the different will be.

Hotel with clean and spacious room and bathroom

Overall a pleasant stay at Singhosari Resort Hotel. We got the deluxe premier room and the room was spacious and clean. We loved the bathroom which was quite modern and fitted with spacious bath tub. Breakfast quality wss good and there were varieties of foods offered.

Excellent stay and we will be back!

We came in a family group and booked 4 rooms for 3nights. We were happy with the hospitality, the swimming pool that the kids thoroughly enjoyed, the international standard breakfast. The view outside the rooms were great from the balcony especially more so with the cool batu air. Special mention to Miss Fiki of the front desk for her assistance throughout our stay. See you soon!
