"The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so climbing the stairs with luggage was quite difficult with an ankle injury, and I was told the other suites were all booked, so I had no choice. The room had two beds and a couch that made into a bed, so our sleeping requirements were met. The bathroom light/fan was exceedingly loud, making it difficult to be quiet when using the restroom in the middle of the night. The pool was nice, but, it was in full view from the lobby, and the street, offering very little privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable while traveling "
