My stay was ok but in general it looks like no maintenance has been performed on the property in many years. No plants in plant boxes outside rooms, rotting facia boards, bad smell from pipes...

Good simple room for a nights stay, in town for an event with kids. Bathroom door didnt pull closed , latch to lock was only on inside but wasnt an issue. Area was quiet. Shower pressure was soooo good.

Staff i dealt with was good, bistro prices different in the room menu(cheaper) than in the bistro but expensive, limited bar drinks, had no red wine at all, only pub i have ever been to that had none.

Would be good if there was a microwave in the room. The shutters alone don't make the room dark enough to sleep in. We had to put a black blanket up to keep the lights from the car park out of pur room to sleep.
