The friendliest hotel I have stayed in, ever. The staff were delightful - hospitable, kind, engaging and very efficient. The hotel fully lives up to its globally iconic location in one of England's most beautiful cities, steeped in history and culture. It was amazing that such a 'top-end' hotel is dog friendly too...
