Owned by an artist, this romantic apartment faces the iconic Abbey Green, and has fabulous views of the spectacular 17th-Century Bath Abbey. On the doorstep are the famous Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, and an abundance of elegant townhouses, shops and restaurants.



The Space:

Located in one of the fabulous Bath Regency houses, you will find the apartment on the first floor. You enter into a well-equipped kitchen with a large sash window looking out on to the wonderful Abbey Green. Turn left into a huge light-filled drawing room and then on to a large bedroom with high ceilings and beautiful cornicing. The bedroom is situated at the back of the house so is incredibly quiet. There is a beautiful bathroom with a lovely full-size bath and shower for your use.



Parking is available at Southgate Car Park.

From here it is just a quick 5 min walk through M&S Food Hall to get to the wonderful Abbey Green. Southgate Car park charge approx £18 per 24 hours.

The Neighborhood:

This is the most perfect position from which to explore Bath. You will step out of your front door onto a cobbled square, seconds away from the most precious historic sights that Bath has to offer, the iconic Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Surrounded too by wonderful Georgian architecture, restaurants, and little coffee shops, you can experience everything Bath has to offer with ease. Yet you are less than five minutes’ walk from the main railway station and short- and long-stay car parks. You also have easy access to the six miles of walking trails which take you to stunning views from the skyline hills that surround this World Heritage City.
