Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Unethical company

I didn't actually get to stay in this apartment as the company wouldn't reschedule our night stay despite the red weather alert. Didn't consider the safety of their travelling customers.
Stayed 1 night in Dec 2024
