The staff really made this stay special… particularly the restaurant staff. We arrived and had no trouble parking - I think if busier it could be an issue. The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. Will definitely look to stay again!

Getting a tad tired overall but remains our Bath hotel of choice for location, spacious rooms and spa facilities, especially the outdoor spa pool which is most relaxing.
