Nice modern, clean hotel in the heart of Bath. The only negative for me, is that the window in the room is fixed and did not open. I prefer hotel rooms where the fresh air can flow through, rather than rely on air con circulating stale air.

Open wardrobe is a massive fail, not enough gaming space or hangers. I asked for extra hangers and the staff member left me waiting and did not return I gave up after 15mins. Air con in room spat out dirt which was very unpleasant. Reported to manager who decided to say it wasn’t possible implying I was making it up!

First time in Bath and we are pleased that we picked this hotel as it’s near attractions. Everywhere we went was within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy after we put two pillows into one pillowcase. Initially, the pillow was far too soft. Highly recommended
