This property has lots of Georgian features. It's stylish and modern with all conveniences. The location is quiet and peaceful and yet only 5 minutes walk from the centre.

The space

Living Room - contains a period fireplace and Smart TV with a comfortable 2 seater sofa bed and 2 armchairs. There is also a table and chairs.
Kitchen - is fully furnished. Has an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge / freezer.
Bedrooms - 2 of which the large one has as Super King bed. Both mattresses are new. All sheets and towels are 100% white Egyptian cotton. Duvets and pillows are made of hypoallergenic material.
Bathroom - this a modern wet room with a power shower.

Compact and central in Bath

We had a lovely visit to Bath and our apartment was small but had most of the things needed for a short stay. We had a big problem with the bathroom which was situated downstairs and had no window. There was a small exhaust fan which was insufficient for such an enclosed space. The owner really needs to do something about the mold and blackened corners in the bathroom. If you suffer from asthma or are above 5’10” in height you would have trouble with this bathroom. Upstairs was light and sunny and suitable for two people.
