We love this hotel and stay regularly for our wedding anniversary and birthdays. It’s central to town but the hotel is quiet and calm, the rooms are gorgeous and the restaurant offer lovely food. Having access to the spa is a bonus too.

Room was great. View wasn’t but that can’t be helped. Staff were great and health spa was lovely 👌. No parking, which is a shame… as you will need to factor in an extra £40 for the cost. Breakfast was great except for the bacon which was barely cooked and at £19.50 each? I’d try one of the local cafes. All in all we had a great stay and Bath is an amazing place 🙌

Overall a nice large, clean room and a modern hotel. We had an issue with an oil like substance left on the bathroom floor in our room, which made it very slippery. We complained to reception and housekeeping cleaned the floor again to resolve. It really should not have been left like that by housekeeping in the first place. Someone could have slipped over before realising and seriously hurt themselves. Quite disappointing. Breakfast average at best. The pillows were very flat and of poor quality. The lifts were very slow from 4th floor to ground level but this could have been down to the general business of the hotel. I would not stay here again due to the room not having a window to open to allow room ventilation. Air conditining is all well and good but having fresh air circulating is a must for me.
