Great location, helpful manager, but tiny room, not even a chair and the breakfast room (tables and chairs) was locked other than breakfast.

This was so convenient to the train station and the city center. It was also very quiet. And even though I had to share a bathroom, there was never any overlap when I needed it.

Great room & amenities for the price! Centrally located, just 500 feet away from the train station and down the road from the river and city center - very scenic & quintessentially British. A little hot in the summertime, but to be expected for travel in the UK in July. Sergio was lovely.

Cosy, very clean, basic, but nice breakfast, nice host on site. Really close to train station and to the center. Can be a bit loud in the evening, but overall quite peacefull. Bathrooms per two rooms, cleaned daily. Perfect stay for our group of 4 adults.

We came to this property for the Jane Austen Festival and were more than pleased with its close proximity to central Bath and all the Jane Austen sites to see! Sergio was accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Bath!

Excellent location for transport and the city centre. Our host was wonderful and room comfortable. Just be mindful of shared bathroom. Venue is in need of decorating, but nothing ruined our stay.
