Room was lovely but was over £1300 for 2 nights so you expect it to be, Coffee and Tea facilities could be better, no labels to tell you which coffee pod was which for the machine so opted for a normal coffee only to find there was no normal coffee, only caffiene free.
Shower blocked 1st use, had to lay around 8 towels to soak up the flood in the bathroom, informed reception straight away at 9.50am , came back to relax at 3.30pm and make use of the gorgeous bath only to find no-one had been in to replace towels or clean up , very annoyed as this meant we couldnt make use of the bath at all as we were waiting for this to be sorted. Only other issue is breakfast takes far too long, booked in at 10am , had to wait until 10.25 and still nothing , Had to cancel our breakfast due to train time. So overall, not really the best service condiering the price paid.
