We were spoiled! What an amazing find. We were able to check in early which was so helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Giacomo stayed in contact with us, giving information about check in, breakfast and the area. She was amazing!!! The breakfast was beautiful. There were many options to suit different tastes. We truly hope to go back again soon.

Lovely winter stay

Comfortable for winter however not for a summer stay. Breakfast was lovely & very nice to have it cooked fresh. Only disappointment was that over 2 mornings we had 2 different cooks so the standard varied. Perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere.

I am probably giving it too low of a review; I was just very disappointed when we arrived. It was hard to park close, so we had to drag our luggage a long way to get there, and I was not comfortable walking on the street. The place itself was fine. We had two bedrooms in our room which was nice. The poor girl fixing breakfast for everyone was all alone; she worked very fast and hard, but that is a lot to do all at the same time.

This was in an ideal location - easy to walk to the centre of bath. It was a perfect family room with it containing a twin room for the kids and a double room. The breakfast was cooked really well. Car parking at the Charlotte street car park was close and easy too.

What a wonderful stay! Great location, spacious, clean and even had a separate bedroom for our adult daughter who really enjoyed having her own private spot. Fantastic living room space too. Communication with the owner was great and parking (paid lot) was nearby and convenient. We regretted missing breakfast which sounded great because we had to depart early. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
