The staff was amazing. Everything was supposed to be non smoking, but the room smelled like smoke. We had to go to the office and get more towels because there wasn't a phone to call the office. We also asked for a hair dryer and was asked to return it when we checked out. I would still stay there again.

The room was nice, seemed to have been recently renovated. No hair dryer in the room. I had booked a downstairs room, as I’m 81 yrs old. Went to check in about 2:30( I know it’s supposed to be 3 pm) I was set for downstairs,at that time. I came back just after 3 and my downstairs room had been given to someone else.. The desk clerk did offer to help us up stairs . He might have been new at the job.
