Ok, where to start! Building is very dated. Furniture is also in bad condition. My room was supposed to have a fridge. 3 of the 4 ice machines were broken. This place needs a bulldozer!

The room was gross. Smelled like smoke and it got worse with the air conditioning on. Beds were old and uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was missing a cover and was covered in dust. The bedding also smelled horribly. If it was not 1:30 am by the time we got there we would have left. We did not go to the breakfast as we would not have eaten food in the building.

The room was old, worn and in a state of needing some repair and updates i.e. the drapes hanging down off the rods, stains on some of the furniture, door in and out of the room would not work properly, carpet old and stained, rust on the ceiling frames that held the ceiling tile up, wall paper peeling in places, small roaches in the room and more.

The pictures on Expedia are borderline false advertisement. This place is rundown, smelly and outdated. I dont believe the water park was open and there were stains everywhere you look. Cheap rooms though, and my dogs stayed free so if your looking for something cheap and pet friendly, this might work for you.

Every room from the lobby to our suite smelled like a different shade of feet and cheese. The bathroom door was being held together with scotch tape. Mold on the sink. Didn't feel comfortable staying, honestly don't know how this building hasn't been condemned.

To start, the pool was not open when we arrived and that was the main reason for choosing this location. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor, got to the room and it was super outdated and smelly. We did not have an ice bucket in the room, amd the ice machine was not working. We had coffee in the room with no coffee maker. We then went to use the vending machine later in the night and that was also out of order. For the price i paid, that was one of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had. I feel like that deserves some money back.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. We arrived after a 7-hour drive with a baby and a child and left within 20 minutes because the condition of the hotel and room was unacceptable. The room had no working lights, water-stained ceilings, missing ceiling tiles, a damaged door, blood-stained carpet, and a large uncovered hole in the heater vent. We also encountered people smoking marijuana right outside the entrance. To make matters worse, the water park was only open on weekends, which was not made clear when we booked. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, especially with young children, so we immediately checked out and found accommodations elsewhere. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to other families.

I We went for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday and went to sleep at the house. We couldn't stay there; people had big, smelly dogs. The room was filthy, the alarm detector was hanging from the ceiling and didn't even work. There was no phone, the internet didn't work, and the TV was awful.
