Step inside and discover a cozy, light-filled retreat where a wall of windows brings the outdoors in. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee among the treetops, gathering for family game night, or relaxing around the outdoor gas firepit where you can enjoy mountain views and natures sounds, the Red Round Treehouse was designed for making memories..

Two comfortable main-level bedrooms feature queen beds, Smart TVs and thoughtful extras. An adventurous sleeping loft offers two additional twin beds, is accessed by a steep ladder. Please note that the loft is best suited for guests comfortable climbing a ladder.

The home also features a full bathroom with tub and a convenient half bathroom in the main bedroom. Bathrooms include all you will need; bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryers.

Our well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, while the coffee bar includes Keurig and traditional coffee makers, assorted coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

You'll also find games, books, cozy throws, family-friendly essentials and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout.

This mountain setting calls for a 4 wheel drive vehicle for inclement or winter weather as refunds are not provided due to weather. Travel insurance is also recommended, especially when visiting during winter months to protect your trip. You will be driving on two lane, winding mountain roads to get into Basye and Raccoon Rd.

Our stay was great! Karen was a great host and the house was immaculate, had everything we needed and super cozy. Her guest book had all the things to do in the area and very helpful. I look forward to coming back soon!!

Hiking and golf

We enjoyed the home. Nearby, especially M-W there were not many dining options so it was good to have the kitchen. We had an extra cutting board which helped but we were preparing complicated meals and generally had what we needed.
