Located in Bryce Resort, this chalet is a dream and known as BRYCE UNPLUGGED! Guests enjoy three queen bedrooms that offer plenty of space for a restful night. The two bathrooms feature a jetted bathtub and a refreshing shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The atmosphere stays pleasant no matter the season. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, guests find a fantastic retreat to call their own. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our chalet. Cell service varies by carrier, so WI-FI is provided. There is no smart TV. Singles, couples, friends or families will find BRYCE UNPLUGGED to be just the escape from the tech bound craziness of a “connected’ life! Settled high upon a quiet hillside, just minutes from the heart of the 4 season Bryce Resort, this quaint mountain getaway boasts of tranquility and the opportunity for introspection or to re-connect with those you love. Put the screens away and take a seat for the show of Nature! Surrounded by trees, this chalet blends a bit of rustic charm and a touch of class for the perfect getaway. Couples and families alike will enjoy both the window views from inside and the inviting, private seating outside on the deck. Situated high above the road, it’s perfect for unwinding under the stars after a hike, some time on the lake or just basking in the shade and dappled sun by day. Upon arriving to BRYCE UNPLUGGED, the first thing you will notice is the staircase – aptly named “Stairway to Haven.” At the top of the steps (there are 30), you are greeted by the ‘upper deck’ - where you will often see deer wander by. The front French doors lead you to a stylish, airy living space designed for comfort. Choose from 2 private bedrooms or a spacious loft bedroom to sleep - all queen size - softly furnished, each with it’s own unique feel. Enjoy a fully stocked tea & coffee station, breakfast provisions and local snacks. Rejuvenate in a Jacuzzi bathtub with added salts or bubbles! Relax in front of a cozy fireplace with some hot cocoa! Or chill on the deck while soaking up the sounds of the birds. Grab a good read from a closet library, try your hand at some cards or a board game and more! Who says no tech is boring? Just taking a walk through our neighborhood may bring more excitement than you would think! To the rear of the house, you’ll find a small magical ‘field’ of green carpet moss to wander through or have a picnic on (no blanket needed). You’re sure to come across some mushrooms along the way (or maybe even a feral fairy). Our fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make meal prep a cinch. The chef on board will certainly enjoy the gas stove with a griddle. And who doesn't dig a waffle maker? For the smoothie lovers - a personal size blender is just for you. If you do care to venture out, the main resort at Bryce is just 2 minutes away. There is golfing, biking, skiing, pickle ball, tennis, and more! Kayaking or swimming is always an option at Lake Laura, too! Or head out even further, and Shenandoah County has much exploration to offer! But rest assured, no matter what adventure you find, BRYCE UNPLUGGED will always welcome you home at the end of the day!
