Perfect location for visiting family

Our family lives 2 miles from this VRBO so the location was perfect. However, the mattresses were very soft/used so much that my husband and I had to put pillows in the middle so we wouldn't 'sink in the hole". The kitchen is missing basic cooking items (no hot pads, no measuring cups, no mixing bowl, no oven dishes, 4 coffee cups, 4 forks) but luckily we could cook at our son's home. The house is brand new, but the beds are definitely old. Very tiny ants on the bathroom counters too. I would rent again if the mattresses were changed because the location is perfect for us but a few additional kitchen items to make it more livable would be easy for the owners to add.
