The villa offers a bright, peaceful setting ideal for holidays with family or friends with a splendid view of the mountains, only a few minutes from the beaches of Porticcio, Ajaccio airport and the shops of Baleone.
You can also easily walk (300m) to the SPAR for your last minute shopping.

👉 The single-storey house has 3 bedrooms all air-conditioned, a large air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace overlooking a Mediterranean garden and a beautiful lawn.

💦 🏔️ You will also enjoy a private swimming pool, not overlooked, with an unobstructed view of the Corsican mountains.

🔐 The environment is quiet, secure, green, perfect for resting and enjoying the summer in South Corsica.

The villa is rented for a minimum of one week, and can comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends looking for serenity, space and comfort.

To facilitate your stay, an optional linen service is offered (sheets + bath towels + pool towels), in order to travel light and settle in with ease.

💦 Pool Info:

I would have to go 1 time in the middle of the stay to clean and maintain the pool (about 20 minutes) so that you can enjoy the water always blue and crystal clear.
I would obviously agree with you to move on to the time that will bother you the least.
