A cottage with the most beautiful ocean and Nevis view , located in a 1.5 aces land , the first house build in turtle beach , the prime location for successful local people now. The landscape is very beautiful and matured. Just remodeled , have a couple stay in the maid’s room , taking care the house , make breakfast and provide all the services. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the Park Hyatt

Please note that! At present, there is a serious shortage of fresh water on the island, and the water supply in this area is often stopped irregularly. When there is water cut-off , the water storage and supply system will work. So please save wter. Thank you! 16/10/2022

They told us on route to the airport the house was not available and we could stay elsewhere.We tried to cancel but VRBO dragged their feet and after 2 nights in hotel rooms we took up the offer rather than lose all our money. The alternate place was nice but no view or place to sit in the sun without paying 50 US dollars a day for a club 10 minute walk from house. Disappointed with the experience with VRBO to say the least.

Villa unavailable

We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate. We wrongly assumed the Pavilion pool and seating would be available due to us being resident on the estate but on enquiry the charge would be US 40 per person per day. The manager for the property was very helpful. What made us angry was the cottage at Turtle bay should never been advertised until work completed as a view and location was important to us.

Great view .... maintenance needed

The view is heavenly. Wish I'd been advised a car was needed ---- NOTHING other than other houses within walking distance. Could be an amazing property, but needs maintenance/attention. Apollo was helpful and concerned. Kitchen supplies minimal (i.e. two only of utensils!) Would consider a return, but would need a good grocery shop first....
