The staff at the hotel were excellent, and so were the facilities. Our main concern was the lack of free access to the WiFi as part of the package, unless you join the Bonvoy scheme. Having said that, the staff were very helpful in helping us to do this.

The resort is in a lovely location, just off the beach. The whole area is maintained beautifully, the trees and the flowers offer a pretty backdrop. The rooms are very spacious and the gym is excellent. There are an array of bars and restaurants. And the staff are just wonderful! This is our third visit and we’re already booking to come back in 2027!

The location, staff and amenities were great - we had the best time. The only con was that private beach had so much sea weed we could use the beach at all. The property is old but beautiful.. the rooms needs a little TLC but overall great hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was very friendly and drink prices were very fair. Food on the property was also good. The property is older lacking elevators in buildings so the third floor got tiresome. The main building(lobby, bars, gym, and restaurants) had no functioning Air conditioning. The beach is on the Atlantic side and was full of seaweed.
