What made this stay exceptional was an exceptional staff. Unfortunately only 1 expensive restaurant was open, but our room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and the front staff was some of the best we have come in contact with. This is clearly a property that is a work in progress. That said, we found it to be very clean, the staff and security to be excellent, and that if we asked for the amenities we needed, we were promptly taken care of. This was all worth it for the value and we would stay there again.

The ocean view was beautiful. The room was very spacious like an apartment. The manager, was very attentive and nice. They Hotel is under new management and they are making improvements so one day, when they put a pool in, it will be even better! The beaches are free so not having a pool wasn’t a problem.

I stayed here most recent in May of 2026. The reviews I read had me a bit hesitant but I’m happy to say I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences mentioned. The property manager Safiera was very hospitable and accommodating. Every inquiry I had was answered and attended to appropriately by the staff. It’s far from the beaches and tourist sites and may not have some of the other amenities other hotels offer however it is economically priced, convenient and most of all comfortable, so with that said it’s worth the trade off. I would definitely suggest having your own transportation so you can get about the island and partake in tourism. It’s a property I would definitely stay at again. Thank you Safiera, Alexa and everyone else that was of assistance during my 2 day stay.

The staff are wonderful. It's the items that wasn't in the room that I didn't like. They gave us a shower mat for our room at check in time which should have already been in the room no iron or iron board not enough pots and pans for me to cook no wash cloth to shower with no paper towels or washing detergent. The microwave and the toaster oven was in Chinese words which I didn't understand

The property looks like and abandoned ghost hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The staff (I only saw 2 in three days) was nice. I barely saw any other guests.The pool has no water, without notice in the website. The place could be very nice if it were cleaner and tidy. It seams investors have fled and left a pharaonic construction plan unfinished. The site states "under new management"... I hope the can revive the place.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom design is flawed so water from shower runs in entire bathroom. Travel with a univerval power adapters. Staff are helpful but the rooms need a phone to contact reception and security. Property needs a few more cleaners and groundsmen to clean the stairs and maintain the outside spaces. Property should put welcome water, two tea bags, and starter dish washing liquid and sponge.

My room had no power for my first night due to the breaker being off the room was cleaned for use ( which nobody informed us until the next day) so basically had to use my flashlight eye whole night and no way to keep my food hot or cold. When I asked for some type of compensation due to the la m of power and communication, there way none.
