The main house forms the heart of the property, with generous indoor and outdoor living areas and a private infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape and sea. Two separate cottages provide additional bedrooms and living spaces, making the estate particularly well suited to extended families, groups of friends, multi-generational vacations and guests traveling together who still appreciate having their own space.

Throughout the property, you'll enjoy beautiful ocean and Nevis views, tropical surroundings and the cooling Atlantic trade winds for which this hillside is known.

The entire compound is reserved exclusively for your group when booked through this listing — the main house and both cottages will not be rented separately during your stay.

The property is located in Turtle Beach, a quiet and upscale residential area on St. Kitts' Southeast Peninsula characterized by large private villas, hillside properties and spectacular views toward Nevis.

Turtle Beach itself lies down the hill and is a natural, undeveloped Atlantic-side beach. For calm Caribbean water, beach bars and restaurants, Cockleshell Beach is approximately a 5-minute drive away. Christophe Harbour and several of the Southeast Peninsula's restaurants and beaches are also within easy reach.

A rental car is strongly recommended. The final approach to Turtle Beach is along a gravel road that can be driven with a regular car, and the property itself has a steep driveway.

The estate has backup water storage for additional peace of mind during occasional island water interruptions.
