The staff were very helpful and attentive. The suite was large but dated. Everything worked how it should and the spa facilities were brilliant. Tired. Window latches very loose, mattress a bit lumpy. Did not use gym. Swimming pool OK. Steam room on slightly cool side, but sauna perfect. Jacuzzi has run out of bubbles and missing a few tiles, and was barely warm enough to bath a baby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nicely laid out and spacious. The breakfast was really tasty and a nice variety. The only disappointment was that the head office had not correctly scheduled staff on Christmas eve and we were not able to enjoy the pool. My kids had been looking forward to using the pool so were very disappointed that they could not use especially when we had confirmed with the staff at check in when it would be open.

Didnt know it had a spa until i got there . Bar was fine, nothing exceptional at least it was manned.
Stir fry in the bar, only veggie choice. It was fine
Breakfast, micro croissant and one of two marmalade packets in the buffet.
It was fine for one night. The duvet couldn't cope when the heating turned off.it was freezing.
