Location is fantastic. Room was okay. Small thing- there wasn't a bin in the room which I found unhelpful. The shower was lovely. The bed was comfy.

Motel One Basel is a perfect location for anyone attending Christmas Markets as the lobby opened onto the Plaza where one of the Markets was staged. Transportation on the tram line was just across the plaza so having no car was not a problem. I arrived prior to check-in but the front desk is staffed around the clock and they stored my luggage until my room was ready. I would stay here again.
