The hotel is so well organized and the management is super competent and professional. The breakfast was good and the service even better. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is not in the most convenient location but they provide you for a pass for Basel transportation. I would certainly stay in the hotel again.

The hotel staff from reception to the breakfast crew was incredibly nice. Super helpful and offered such helpful advice. We stayed with our two kids and the room had plenty of space and had everything we needed. After arriving late in the evening we were so happy to hear that breakfast on the weekends went until 11:00am - allowing us time to grab some extra zzz's. Breakfast had everything from yogurt & granola to meats/cheese, pastries and warm food including beans, sausage and rosti. We were a little sad we only stayed one evening as it was such a great place. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

We stayed 1 night at Ibis-Basel. It's close to the station and you easily reach the city centre either walking or via tram. It was quiet, comfortable and the room was clean. We are a family of 4, stayed in a spacious room with 2 single beds and a double sofa-bed. Breakfast was included , it was buffee style with a selection of yoghurt, cereals,fruit, warm breakfast, differemt types of bread and some pastries. They also offered water and hot beverages at the reception for free. I would definitely recommend it.
