The front desk lady was friendly and extremely helpful, which made our stay that much easier. This was much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities. The breakfast was great. This property was well positioned for us, and well serviced by trams, making travel around the city quite convenient. The Basel visitor card, from our hotel, enabled free public transport travel.

We were delighted at how friendly the staff were. The ladies at the front desk became friends by the time we left. They were also very helpful with recommendations and helpful tips. The hotel was clean, the breakfast delicious and the rooms well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was at a really high quality (in terms of facilities and cleanliness). Customer service provided was outstanding. The hotel is located at a good location... a few minutes away from the city center with the tram.

Comfortable bed, cool air-conditioning, good wifi, simple but good breakfasts, helpful staff. The one problem was the automatic late check-in. I found the instructions difficult to follow, but a manager answered the phone quickly and let me in. However, that didn't detract from an excellent stay. The hotel was everything I wanted it to be, and more.

Service with Customer Intimacy

It was a very good experience for us. Though we only stayed there for one night, the two girls at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time. Instead of asking us to pay for early check-in, they asked us to wait a bit while they clean up a better room for us. They also help checking the train service for us and were helpful on other things.
