The staffs were friendly and helpful. Katarina even helped me check in earlier than the usual time which I appreciated a lot. The location is good and has an easy walking access to trams. The staff were lovely and our rooms were nice and comfortable. Location was convenient for salami g and transportation. Trams were compliments of the hotel, when we arrived they gave us a pass good for free transport. I would recommend this hotel.
