This fantastic villa has 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a large swimming pool, summer kitchen, stone barbecue, open air shower by the pool, 5th bathroom is a shower room (accessed from outside) and several sun or shade seating areas to choose from.
The space
The entire villa, the garden, the swimming pool area's are only for you to enjoy.
It's an oasis of peace and privacy in an area of an exceptionally beautiful natural environment, with clean air and yet short (but spectacular) ride to Gandia Old City & Playa de Gandia with the bubbly lifestyle typical for a lively seaside resort.
Guest access
You have access to everything in the house and on the site, except two spaces, the garage and 1 of the 2 dressers in the dining room upstairs - these are used for storing personal belongings of the owners.

Also due to safety risks (especially for guests with young children) the space under the swimming pool (where all machines & pump installations are located) only accessible to staff who maintains & cleans the swimming pool.
