This is the same property as VRBO#1500541 just with limited occupancy and is available only 90 days in advance. We can comfortably accommodate 2-8 guests. The open-air great room with bar and cafe area overlook the pool and has an amazing sunsets with mountain and valley views. We offer daily Concierge service, including housekeeping, and night-time security. The staff will put out complementary coffee and fruit each morning. If you would like to have a complete breakfast served please let the concierge know. The typical breakfast in CR would include eggs to order, gallo pinto (rice and beans), plantains, empanadas or pancakes. The property has an airconditioned theater room, in-ground pool, 8 person spa, a giant chess board and chill out area in adjacent gardens. The very well equipped main house (6000 sf/ on 3 levels) sits on a private jungle reserve of 66 acres which has 5 large waterfalls, jungle swimming holes, two rivers, and spring fed creeks. There are tended hiking trails and quiet country roads for long walks. The property is a bird watchers paradise. Monkeys and toucans frequent the property almost daily. Being at higher elevation we have cooler evening temperatures than the beach areas yet pleasant warm days. Lots of jungle adventures such as river trekking, hiking, horseback riding and ATVs. Close to the amazing Nauyaca Waterfalls, the deserted beach at Guapil, and Guabo River rafting. 4x4 vehicle is needed to safely navigate the local gravel roads, especially in the rainy season.
