Our reservation was for air conditioned 2 beds room. Upon check-in, it was a double bed instead with no air con. I went to the reception and notified them about the mix-up showing her my reservation indicating that it wasn't what I reserved. She had one cabin available with those options but wanted us to pay the difference. Not sure why we would have to pay for their mistakes. She offered me another room with 2 beds (but still no aircon). But after checking it out it reek smoke smell despite the room being non-smoking. So we reluctantly went to out original room. The room didn't have a screen in the back windows so cross ventilation was problematic to avoid inviting mosquitos inside. As we got settled, I dropped a little bit of water on the floor. After using a paper towel to wipe it up, I noticed that was literally black from the filth on the floor from whipping just a few square inches at the base of the bed. The next morning, getting ready for breakfast, I turned on the switch of the coffee machine and it literality exploded. During all my interaction with the staff I was polite and composed, but really felt unwelcomed and that I was bothering her.
