This is a top floor Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located near our catch and release pond and tennis courts. The unit sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed in the loft. Owners of the condo have done some renovating to make their condo more inviting to those who stay there, also adding a private air hockey table in the loft. There are two private decks accessible from the condo, one off the living room and one off the loft; both have different views. The unit has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. This condo is not Pet or Allergy Free.
