The pool was cold, the hot tub didn’t have water in it, our first room the TV didn’t work, the second room the phone didn’t work, and the bathroom handle was not clean. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room.

The staff was great and the room was large with a nice shower. Bad points: The usb charger did not work. The "free breakfast" was a scam. It was a donut, bagel, or piece of toast. This was located in front of where they cook breakfast to order (for a price, of course). I bought the breakfast. Don't do that, they do not know how to cook.

Room was clean. Staff are friendly. However, hotel is showing age and wear. Curtains were worn and deteriorating due to sun damage. Shower faucet was leaking. Air conditioner was noisy. Dried mud and dirt in elevator lobby and inside the elevator. Wall covering in bath coming loose. Care and maintenance not up to the usualHilton standard.
