"There were no instructions for the thermostat, so I did not know how to set it properly to keep the room cool the first night - which ruined my sleep. I finally figured it out at about 5AM. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! I didn't try breakfast this time but it's usually awesome with some version of eggs, breakfast treats, and make-your-own waffles; I just love that!"

"A/C in room was broken during our stay, check in/out process went smoothly except you need a code at the front door past 6:30pm. My door code was in my check in envelope on the front desk so I’m think figure out a way to upload that to Expedia or send an automated message? "

"Looks can be deceiving, this place is great. Had a problem with the microwave and he changed it with no problem. Also very quiet. "
