The Space:
On the second floor of the apartment building, which was completed in 2019, you will find our completely refurbished vacation apartment with a view of the Barther Bodden and the harbor entrance to the small, cozy town of Barth. Enjoy your vacation here with up to 4 people in a central location, from which you are perfectly connected by car or on foot.
The 100 m² apartment consists of a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. You also have a large south-facing balcony. It was built to the latest standards with underfloor heating, excellent floor-to-ceiling windows and electric shutters on the south side. The larger bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The floor-to-ceiling windows and the French balcony invite you to enjoy the fantastic view. Take a glass of cognac in the specially provided reclining chair and let your gaze wander. The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms have curtains that provide sufficient blackout. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with all the essentials for your daily needs. In the living area, you will find plenty of space to relax after your adventures or simply to live the day to the full. The cozy couch landscape is just as suitable for this as the first-class entertainment electronics, be it for room-filling sound from the soundbar or a movie via a discreetly placed Samsung frame with a 55” screen diagonal and high-resolution QLED technology.

The directly connected kitchen/dining area is also part of the room. Here you can prepare the catch of the day to the sound of your music in the sleek, fully functional kitchenette and serve it with a twist on the cozy dining table. Enjoy your meal with a harbor view. The apartment is also easy to use with a standard wheelchair or walker. The apartment is accessible via an elevator and has walk-in showers in the bathrooms. You can safely lock up your bicycles in the bicycle room in the courtyard.

Getting Around:
You live in a central location with a view of the Barther Bodden and harbor with space for up to 4 people and excellent connections, whether by car or on foot.
There are numerous water sports and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity, including the popular sunny beaches of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, and the excursion boat to Zingst departs practically on the doorstep. The West Pomeranian town of Barth on the banks of the Bodden of the same name invites you to take a stroll through the small but lovingly restored old town. Visit the famous Bible Center or the Gothic St. Mary's Church, the most recognizable landmark of the West Pomeranian coast.
