Great stay for families!

My stay was great. The hotel staff does everything in their power to make sure they solve every issue you may have, as little as it may be. They always are willing to listen and never drop the ball. My wife and one of my kids cannot eat gluten, and they did everything they could to make sure they had safe food every time, and accomodated to the different meals we asked for them every day. Hotel's really clean, I see they put a lot of effort in keeping it that way. As for kids, the hotel has lots of entertainment available, and feels like a very safe place for them to play with the entertainment staff. My only point would be on them having some spanish or english speaking staff, it's clearly designed for Brazilian tourists, but I went from Argentina, and I saw several Argentinians as well, so would help to make communication a bit easier. Other than that, I'm really glad I got to stay there a couple weeks.

Gostamos muito, tudo organizado, limpo e agradável. A piscina tb é muito grande e com temperatura agradável. Infelizmente no mar , devido a época do ano, tinha águas vivas. Gostamos da alimentação - farta e saborosa. Falta refrigerar melhorar o restaurante. Outro aspecto, eu achei forte o cheiro do café que eles colocam torrando para espantar os mosquitos. Quanto ao mais volto para nova estadia.

Hotel super amplo e com uma bela praia. Infelizmente tivemos uma enorme gastroenterite no hotel. Me chocou muito ver a area onde está o restaurante principal, onde tem o buffet por muitas horas, café, almoço e jantar, SEM AR CONDICIONADO. A comida fica exposta ali, por horas, no CALOR. E fez muito calor. Cuidamos ao máximo o tipo de comida, sem saladas cruas. Frutas, tudo bem cozido mesmo assim tivemos uma enorme GASTROENTERITE. Bem como outros hóspedes com quem conversamos. E isso acabou com nossas férias, obviamente. Imaginei que o hotel teria esses cuidados básicos com a alimentação que serve aos hóspedes. Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência, pois não pudemos aproveitar a estrutura do hotel. Foi uma hospedagem cara e totalmente frustrante.

Limpeza maravilhosa em todo o hotel. O quarto é bom, mas falta um secador na varanda que, para resort de praia, é importante, tinha mofo no teto do banheiro, além de a TV não ser smart, pelo menos no quarto que ficamos. A piscina é muito boa, o parque aquático das crianças é bem legal e a praia maravilhosa. O restaurante da piscina é muito bom com camarão todo dia, caldos variados, salgadinhos, sorvete e churrasco. De tarde nesse restaurante tem carne de hambúrguer, pizza, batata frita, frutas, frios. Só senti falta de uma chapa a disposição dos hóspedes para esquentar o hambúrguer e derreter o queijo. Em relacao ao restaurante principal nao achei com tanta variedade, no meu ponto de vista é o ponto mais fraco do hotel. Os funcionários sao muito atenciosos. Por fim, é um lugar agradável, bonito, bem cuidado, um bom hotel, mas tem pontos para melhorar

A piscina é muito ampla e com condições para todos. Há um espço de piscina com brinquedo para as crianças. A equipe de animação da área molhada é muito boa. O mar é calmo e ideal para ir com crianças. As acomodações são boas, mas já carecem de manutenção. A parte negativa é a alimentação. Achei muito repetitiva e tivemos problemas gastro intestinais.
