Very nice ocean front duplex located in Barnegat Light. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths can accommodate up to 6 guests. This modern home is clean and quite comfortable. The kitchen has been recently renovated. Renters of this unit have sole access to a gazebo. Water views are spectacular from this second floor unit! Washer, dryer and grill are shared between both floors. Grilling is not permitted on the decks. No smoking. No pets.
