Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. First Floor: Bedroom: With zip and link super king size bed (can be twin beds on request) and en-suite toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with private courtyard to the rear. Hot tub for 2 (private). On road parking. No smoking. . Fully restored in 2022, providing a luxury bolt hole in the market town of Barnard Castle. Lovely little cottage

Everything we needed was provided the property was clean and well finished Only issue was the fire to heat up the hot tub caused a significant amount of soot which was a bit of an issue when sitting outside

A brilliant cottage in a great location, ideal base for walking in the north pennines. A supermarket is located 50M from the cottage as well as the main high street 100M away. Great communicaton from the host with a flawless check in process and all the little signs throughout the property were great to help you settle well. Could not recommend this property enough, as near perfect as you will find.
