Room was clean and robe and slippers provided were appreciated. Coffee (powder) could be improved (pods?) Spa was good as were the services- gym very small and not what would find in a 5 * hotel. Valentina and Lydia, both working bar/restaurant were unusually exceptional in the service they provided- pleasant, calm, friendly and efficient- they should be cloned!
