This was a great place to stay after our train ride into Bari. It’s a short walk from the station and food options were close by. The room was clean and communication was great. My husband had left his AirPods behind and they messaged to let us know.

We highly appreciate the hotel accommodating our early check-in, which allowed us to get some much-needed rest. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from Bari Centrale, close to plenty of great restaurants, and within walking distance to all the top tourist spots. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and we really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary refreshments. From the excellent amenities to the seamless airport transport, this stay exceeded all expectations. I must say, it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in Italy. My family and I are absolutely delighted and will definitely return!

Nice spacious from. Signage at street level could be improved. Staff were excellent in accommodating our earlier arrival. Suggestions on vehicle parking would be helpful. Would be beneficial to check behind beds and tables for cleanliness . Excellent location close to Bari Centrale. On a personal level, I found the beds very hard.. overall, I would give this unit a rating of eight out of 10
