Appartamento sol leone

L’appartamento è in un’ottima posizione . È ben esposto al sole e anche se non moderno ha tutti i confort ed è curato. Perfetta la possibilità del box. La vostra tempestività nel risolvere gli inconvenienti ( perdita tubo e blocco caldaia). Scarse indicazioni per trovare la casa e il box. Insieme alle chiavi lascerei una piantina con indicazioni dettagliate o accompagnerei di persona. In casa mancavano le indicazioni sul wifi, e su dove trovare il necessario per pulire ( sono sul balcone in un armadio) sotto il lavandino invece di un cestino per la pattumiera era stato messo un secchio troppo grande che impediva di chiude lo sportello e per di più il tubo sotto il lavandino perdeva e ho dovuto asciugare . Negli armadi ci sono ancora troppe cose dei proprietari . Nel bagno metterei un cestino e un profumatore d’ambiente perché la ventola non è abbastanza potente. In tutta la casa non c’è un appendi abiti e d’inverno con le giacche da sci sarebbe utile.
