In a quiet location within the municipality of Bardolino on the east side of Lake Garda, the modern and spacious "Montelino Boutiquehouse " welcomes you. The 120m² vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, a TV with Netflix and a children's highchair (on request). In the private outdoor area, a large garden with pool and outdoor shower awaits you. Here you can take a few laps in peace or splash around with the whole family. The covered terrace and the high-quality outdoor barbecue invite you to spend sociable evenings with delicious barbecue. Pros: Ein fantastisches Haus mit tollem Design, schönen Bädern - toller Wohnbereich und tolle Terrasse, riesige Grill-Station, Pool - alles sehr gepflegt, ganz neu. Tolle Homeautomation für Beleuchtung, Klima, Raffstores. Elektrische Tore, private Wohnanlage, Parkmöglichkeit für 2 Fahrzeuge. So wollten wir Urlaub machen - und auch unserem kleinen Sohnemann hat sein erster Urlaub so sehr gut gefallen.
