Sunflower apartment, 45 sqm on the 1st floor, fully renovated and tastefully furnished, in the town centre among restaurants, wine bars and ice cream shops. After a day at the lake or out sightseeing, your private terrace and garden await you.

Spacious sunny terrace with a private, exclusive garden, perfect for breakfast, outdoor dinners and moments of relaxation. In the garden you will find a modern hot tub with warm water adjustable up to 40°C and massage jets. Before each guest's arrival, the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, disinfected and refilled with fresh water.

Queen-size bed with orthopaedic mattress, memory foam topper and quality cotton bed linen. Large wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers and bedside tables. 40" Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix. A single folding bed can be added on request. If you work while travelling, we can set up a workstation with monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Bright and elegant, with a sofa bed (120 cm wide), 40" TV with satellite channels, dining table and fast Wi-Fi.

Modern and fully equipped: Bosch dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and quality crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Brand-new bathroom, sanitised after every check-out, with WC, bidet, modern-design washbasin and spacious shower. You have a washer-dryer, outdoor drying rack, ironing board and iron at your disposal.
