Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Inspired by the different colors and textures found in the grassland, Zubia is a 67 square meters unique property. This apartment sits in the beloved L’Esquerra de l’Eixample neighborhood. Inviting guests to try the many famed tapas bars or gaze up at the modernist building, L’Esquerra de l’Eixample’s reputation precedes itself. When the day is finished, come home to Zubia for absolute indulgence.

Feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom paradise with 2 queen-sized beds. The first bedroom has built in storage and unique woven grass decorations. The second bedroom is drowned in light from the window and ample storage space. Both bathrooms are chic and modern with all necessary amenities. Zubia features a separate office room as well, perfect for all work from home needs.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces benefit from the Juliet windows and the wooden decorations. Relax on the couch and enjoy the full entertainment system, or have a nice home-cooked meal at the table top that comfortably seats four. The kitchen is fully kitted out and decorated stylishly.

Summers in Barcelona can be pretty hot, but don't worry, Zubia comes with air conditioning. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
