Staff at the reception desk were always readily available, although I didn't need their services much, because everything was fine with my stay. The room was quiet, airy and sufficiently spacious, with a perfectly comfortable bed and good quality facilities.

The hotel was conveniently located near the conference site at CosmoCaixa. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet location, and plenty of dining options in the area. Large rooms, all things working. on the edge of the city, but still less than an hour of a pleasant stroll from Sagrada Familia or Plaza Catalunia. The downside is a frequent smell of sewage in the area, but that's everywhere in Barcelona...

The structure itself was very nice and welcoming, kind staff at the reception. Breakfast repetitive and not rich certainly not from a 4 star hotel. Price a bit high compared to the area in which it was located. The thing not at all nice was the shower in the room that in 3 nights, the third they did not fill the shower gel. When a customer pays well despite the fact that he should receive a good service without forgetting anything. That's all!

Room was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait over 2 hours to access the room. Arrived 15:00 and got access to the room 17.00. The water faucet were also leaking water into the bathroom all the time. We had to put towels at the floor in order to not fall.

There was no air conditioner in our room. There was a standing fan that basically did nothing. Do not recommend...especially in August in the heat. There was also a strong smell in the restroom that was a cleaning product mixed with something else, not pleasant. Also this is not located close to Park Guell which is why we originally chose because the offering mentioned close to Guell. The walk to Guell was 35 minutes. Overall not great.
