With tree lined streets and plenty of trending bars, restaurants, and stores, this neighborhood is the perfect backdrop for any Barcelona adventure. After a day of exploring, come home to Vietri to experience its beach-inspired design theme and convenient amenities.

As you enter the 67 square meters of Vietri, you'll be greeted by a spacious double bedroom featuring a queen size bed and direct access to a charming balcony. Additionally, there is a single bedroom with a dedicated workstation, providing a comfortable space for work or study during your stay. Vietri also boasts one and a half bathrooms, designed with modern fixtures and amenities. Whether you prefer a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath, these well-appointed bathrooms cater to your needs.

The heart of the apartment is the open plan living room and kitchen area, creating a seamless flow between spaces. The balcony, wicker fixings, and textured walls create an ode to the light and airiness of the beach. The living room is thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the company of friends or family. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it convenient to prepare meals. Gather around the dining table to enjoy delicious meals together, creating lasting memories.

For an elevated outdoor experience, Vietri provides access to a shared rooftop terrace. This expansive terrace features a dining table where you can enjoy meals al fresco and a lounging area to bask in the sunshine. For warmer days, Vietri offers air conditioning to provide respite from the warm Mediterranean weather. Fully furnished, this apartment comes equipped with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
